摘要: Computer-simulated results of an electromagnetic field near the apex a metallic probe apertureless near-field scanning optical microscope are shown under some different conditions. The indicate that amplifies locally with extent size. were obtained through calculation Maxwell's differential equations in three-dimensional digitized space. Polarization-dependence illumination on is also discussed.
