摘要: Nowadays, people who have social capital are important for organizations and somehow considered scarce assets, so importance of considering factors that affect on will be day-to-more days. Organizational justice can one these factors. In this study, been investigated the relationship perceived organizational amount staff' capital. Statistical population study is consisted 130 staff Physical Education General Department Ilam province, Iran which between them 97 as sample was selected with Morgan table a period first 6 months in 2012. So descriptive-survey type correlation. For data collection used questionnaires (Colquitt et al. 2001), includes 24 questions questionnaire including 16 collected by researchers. Validity confirmed group university professors. Also their reliability obtained measured Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.717 second 0.817. By using Pearson correlation multiple regression analyzes researched data. Results 0/095 showed has significant positive effect. other words, it direct means increasing justice, also increasing.
