摘要: Targeted delivery of anticancer drugs is one the most actively pursued goals in chemotherapy. A major disadvantage their lack selectivity for tumour tissue, which causes severe side effects and results low cure rates. Any strategy by a cytotoxic drug targeted to tumour, thus increasing therapeutic index drug, way improving cancer chemotherapy minimizing systematic toxicity. This study covers preparation gelatin microsphere (GM)-anti-bovine serum albumin (anti-BSA) conjugate development targeting approach delivery. Microspheres 5% (w/v) content were prepared crosslinking with glutaraldehyde (GTA) at 0.05 0.50% (v/v) concentration. size range 71–141 μm.
