摘要: Preparation, characterization, and application of a new sensor for the determination phosphate in blood serum is described by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), osteryoung square wave (OSWV) presence an appropriate redox reaction probe. The was based on ionic adsorption Zr(IV) immobilized gold-mercaptopropionic acid self-assembled monolayer (Au-MPA-Zr(IV) SAM) electrode. Parameters influencing method were optimized. A linear range calibration curve from 1.0 x 10(-7) to 10(-6)M PO(4)(3-) with detection limit 5.30 10(-8)M mean relative standard deviations (R.S.D.) 2.75% n=4 observed best conditions OSWV. Possible interferences coexisting ions also investigated. results demonstrated that could be used various ions. Regeneration surface carried out successfully 5-min sonication 0.1M KOH solution then 1-min incubation 1.0x10(-3)M good reproducibility, R.S.D.=1.47% validity applicability tested after deproteinization sample without interference matrix. long-term storage stability electrode studied. experimental data presented discussed which characterized.
