摘要: Through SWNTs, duplex DNA derived from folding of single-stranded DNA can be quantitated with Zr4+–PEI coated cone-shaped nanopore. With Hg2+ detection, sensitivity and selectivity based on this paradigm is guaranteed without probe immobilization.
