摘要: . Exogenous intravenous infusions of control saline, somatostatin, motilin and somatostatin together were compared in normal volunteers for their effects on the rise blood glucose following 50 g oral gastric emptying plasma hormone concentrations. All regulatory peptide increased rate by between 182% 198% at 60 min post-ingestion. The response during tolerance test was suppressed when with or without infused but motilin. infusion reduced concentrations motilin, insulin, inhibitory polypeptide, gastrin neurotensin whilst associated an initial insulin polypeptide. metabolic overriden both peptides together; this suggests that inhibits secretion
