摘要: A reaction indistinguishable from the early dumping syndrome was induced in four of nine normal volunteers by intraduodenal instillation a hypertonic glucose meal. Tachycardia and marked peripheral vasodilatation were demonstrated 'dumpers' Doppler ultrasound measurements arterial blood flow signal.
