Interfacial magnetic coupling in ultrathin all-manganite La0.7Sr0.3MnO3-TbMnO3 superlattices

摘要: We report the growth and magnetic properties of all-manganite superlattices composed ultrathin double-exchange ferromagnetic La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 noncollinear multiferroic TbMnO3 layers. Spontaneous magnetization hysteresis loops are observed in such with individual layers as thin two unit cells, which accompanied by pronounced exchange bias enhanced coercivity. Our results indicate substantial interfacial coupling between spin sublattices superlattices, providing a powerful approach towards tailoring artificial heterostructures.
