摘要: The rates of photosynthetic carbon fixation for some natural populations Chesapeake Bay phytoplankton and unialgal cultures species isolated from those follow hyperbolic saturation kinetics with respect to total inorganic concentrations. apparent half-saturation constants, Kc, measured by 14C uptake are close in cases larger than ambient concentrations carbon, indicating that can be a limiting nutrient eutrophic systems. Addition bicarbonate ion incubation bottles increased the factors as high 2.5 samples 4.5 laboratory cultures.
