摘要: Endothelial cells are a source of physiologically important molecules synthesized therein and secreted to the blood and/or subendothelial extracellular matrix. These participate in formation platelet fibrin thrombi (e.g., von Willebrand factor tissue factor) contribute antithrombotic properties endothelium prostacyclin, thrombomodulin, heparan sulfate). synthesize secrete plasminogen activator growth other cells; they angiotensin-converting enzyme, bind lipoproteins hormones. Finally, target for, participant in, immune reactions. Thus, endothelial constitute not only first barrier between extravascular space but also serve as influencing structural functional integrity circulation.
