摘要: Abstract The chromosomal sensitivity to mitomycin-C (MMC) and cell-cycle kinetics in cells from patients with Klinefelter syndrome, a sex disorders giving high risk of malignant tumor, were studied by techniques sister-chromatid exchanges (SCEs). frequencies MMC-induced SCEs increased proportion the increase MMC concentration both patient normal control cells. At low levels there no significant differences SCE between cells, but at concentrations 3 × 10 −8 M (p −7
