摘要: 1. The following aspects of energy metabolism have been compared in the erythrocytes premature infants, full term newborn and adults: levels activity enzymes involved generation utilization ATP, measurements content ATP ADP. 2. hexokinase, phosphoglyceric acid kinase pyruvate are significantly increased infants to adults. 3. level phosphofructokinase is decreased adults. 4. In both newborns adults. ADP not increased. percentage below values found adults. 5. greater than ratio total amount plus does differ from adult value.
