摘要: Abstract The study of the polarization direction correlation method (PDCO) for γ quanta emitted from nuclear states oriented in fusion-evaporation reactions is discussed with emphasis on making unique multipolarity assignments. applied to data coming a typical experiment performed EUROGAM II array, where polarization-sensitive CLOVER detectors were used. accuracy obtained studied transitions was high enough exclude, using PDCO method, most ambiguities which occur if assignments are made basis angular measurements alone.
