摘要: Ethanol is one of the most widely consumed drugs in world, and effects ethanol during early development include morphological cognitive problems. The regulation adenosine levels essential for proper function major neurotransmitter systems brain, particularly glutamate dopamine; thus, investigation relation memory after exposure becomes relevant. Embryos zebrafish were exposed to 1% two distinct developmental stages: gastrula/segmentation or pharyngula. evaluation memory, morphology, locomotor parameters was performed when fish 3 months old. effect ecto-5'-nucleotidase deaminase inhibition on consequences with regard formation observed. Morphological showed decreases body length relative telencephalic cerebellar areas animals. evaluated not affected by ethanol. In inhibitory avoidance paradigm, pharyngula stages decreased retention. When given stage, acquisition phase tests able revert adults. These findings suggest that increased caused could alter neuromodulation important components formation, such as neurotransmitters. adjustment through appears be effective at restoring normal animals stage.
