摘要: Pain is frequent in patients undergoing neurorehabilitation, but there a number of still unanswered questions on this topic. The Italian Consensus Conference Neurorehabilitation (ICCPN) was constituted with the purpose to identify best practices that can be used context. In article we summarize existing evidence and recommendations provided by ICCPN about role gender, psycho-social factors anthropological-cultural dimensions pain neurorehabilitation. Sex, variables, anthropological cultural features may influence expression, its pharmacological non-pharmacological outcome, these has not been consistently explored There psychological correlated or represent predictor for pain, treatment outcome neurorehabilitation programs. All should considered when designing programs, future studies incorporate them as potential covariates outcome.
