摘要: Different methods have been used for concentric (CONC) isokinetic testing of ankle dorsiflexion (DF) and plantar flexion (PF). However, little information is available on either the reliability these protocols or eccentric (ECC) torque production. As well, previous studies utilized non-weight-bearing test positions. The purpose this study was to develop a reliable method CONC ECC DF PF in weight-bearing position. One group adults, including older men women were tested two occasions with standing protocol. Another younger compared between supine For both positions velocity 30 degrees.s-1 actions, range motion 10 degrees 20 PF. Reliability coefficients peak (PT) acceptable ranged from 0.65 0.90. significantly related (r = 0.84-0.91), but PT greater than supine. Therefore, position has produces results consistent those acquired It provides means comparing groups examining intervention strategies while weight-bearing.
