摘要: Abstract A method is described for multiple shoot and plantlet formation on embryos of Picea abies (L.) Karst. Adventitious bud primordia were induced by culturing newly isolated media containing cytokinin. Further development the required transfer to cytokinin-free media. shoots with a distinct stem from embryos. After couple months given root-inducing treatment. When roots had started elongate transferred unsterile conditions. The capacity production varied depending background seeds. results showed that used induction adventitious buds strongly affected ability develop into vigorous which could be rooted. most critical factors are discussed are: basal concentration, cytokinin choice cytokinins, photoperiod.
