摘要: DNA amplification fingerprinting (DAF) with arbitrary oligonucleotide primers can specify genetic relationships between closely related plant accessions. In this study, DAF was used to characterize bermudagrass (Cynodon) species and cultivars of interspecific crosses, evaluate diversity origin off-types, certify authenticity cultivar stocks. Arbitrary octamer produced complex reproducible profiles high levels polymorphic DNA. An initial analysis 13 as a reference establish Tifway off-types that produce patches exhibiting contrasting morphology performance. Phenetic using cluster (UPGMA) ordination (PCO) techniques showed genetically stable were distant represent heterogeneous group probably hybrid origin. While standards from different sources could not be differentiated each other, the diverse at level, their being clearly sod contamination somatic mutation. fingerprint samples in phytc-forensic applications, identifying material based on unique generated selected primers. Exclusions observed 63% 93 believed Tifway, Tifgreen, Tifdwarf. Conversely, calculation matching coefficients facilitated inferences probability match inclusion cases applied verification, seed certification, protection. This study presented foundation for identification mistakes plantings, mislabeled materials, or substitutions fields.
