摘要: Abstract Speed of sound (u), density (ρ) and refractive index (nD) values are measured for the binary mixture 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone over entire range mole fraction at temperatures from 298.15 to 323.15 K. Using basic experimental data, isentropic compressibility (κs), intermolecular free length (Lf), molar volume (Vm), refraction (Rm) excess (κsE), (LfE), (VmE) calculated. The calculated properties discussed in terms molecular interactions between present investigated mixtures. fitted Redlich–Kister polynomial equation estimate coefficients standard deviation values. Further, system analysed using FT-IR spectrum recorded room temperature.
