摘要: Low-grade gliomas can vary widely in disease course and therefore patient outcome. While current characterization relies on both histological molecular analysis of tissue resected during surgery, there remains high variability within glioma subtypes terms response to treatment In this study we hypothesized that parameters obtained from magnetic resonance data would be associated with progression-free survival for patients recurrent low-grade glioma. The values considered were derived the anatomic imaging, diffusion weighted 1H spectroscopic imaging data. Metrics presented strong prognostic capability entire population as well when restricted astrocytomas, but demonstrated more limited efficacy oligodendrogliomas. results indicate multi-parametric may applied a non-invasive means assessing prognosis contribute developing personalized plans
