摘要: Anal cancer is a rare malignancy of the distal gastrointestinal tract, often associated with human papillomavirus, most common sexually transmitted infection worldwide. Currently available screening methods for anal intraepithelial neoplasia, precursor cancer, combine Papanicolaou cytology and high resolution anoscopy biopsy suspicious lesions. Significant barriers to establishing programmes include small number healthcare professionals performing lack data showing that can reduce morbidity mortality related carcinoma.
