摘要: Background: Identifying risk factors of breast cancer is a key point for preventive strategies to reduce the incidence. The aim current study was determine most important in Eastern Mediterranean Region (EMR) using systematic review. Materials and Methods: PubMed, Scopus, Web Science till August 24, 2012 reference lists all included studies were searched. Analytic which had reported odds ratios (OR), relative (RR) or required data calculate them included. A total 343 critically appraised finally 30 meta-analyzed. Heterogeneity between assessed by I² Cochran’s Q. Egger’s test used assess publication bias. Results: Twenty five casecontrol studies, one nested case-control four cohort largest ORs obtained history no live birth (2.25; 95%CI: 1.58-3.18), body mass index (BMI) more than (2.21; 1.71-2.36), age at first pregnancy years old (1.52; 1.30-1.77) meat consumption three times per week (1.39; 1.03-1.87). other predictors higher education smoking as factors, physical activity ovulatory stimulating medication protective factors. Conclusions: EMR birth, BMI 30, old, inactivity smoking. Almost these are consistent with known this parts world.
