摘要: Proteomics holds great promise in personalized medicine for cancer the post-genomic era. In past decade, clinical proteomics has significantly evolved terms of technology development, optimization and standardization, as well advanced bioinformatics data integration analysis. Great strides have been made characterizing a large number proteins qualitatively quantitatively proteome, including use sample fractionation, protein microarrays MS. It is believed that differential proteomic analysis high-quality biospecimen (tissue biofluids) can potentially reveal protein/peptide biomarkers responsible by means their altered levels expression and/or PTMs. Multiple reaction monitoring, multiplexed platform using stable isotope dilution-MS with sensitivity reproducibility approaching traditional ELISAs commonly used setting, emerged promising technique next-generation high-throughput biomarker measurements diagnostics therapeutics.
