摘要: Articles of manufacture and methods making the same, comprising a cationic polymer which has been surface-modified by method steps swelling in medium having pH value <7; applying surface-modifying agent to form mixture; adjusting mixture ≧7. A preferred embodiment relates semipermeable membranes suitable for hemodialysis made from chitosan, surface modified anionic polysaccharides such as dextran or heparin, polyoxyalkylenes acid-modified polyethylene glycol, improve blood compatibility.
