摘要: The use of adsorbents for the treatment patients suffering from various immune diseases is still in its infancy. Therefore, development selective absorbents removal or decrease immunoproteins plasma great importance. In this study, chitosan, a natural polysaccharide having structural characteristics similar to glycosamino glycans, which non-toxic and biocompatible, has been used protein adsorption studies. Amino acids like phenyl alanine tryptophan different ratios are bonded these polymers observe immunoadsorption. Several layers have coated covalently on chitosan beads using N2-plasma, carbodiimide glutaraldehyde treatments.
