摘要: Abstract Chitosan beads were modified to include a spacer arm and end‐capped with caboxyethyl‐group containing anionic ligand generate pseudo‐bioaffinity support, further referred as Ligosep Alpha® or LMCB. To better understand the force of interaction between immunoglobulin G (IgG) chitosan‐based pseudo‐affinity equilibrium dissociation constant (K d) was determined by static binding isotherms, function temperature, frontal analysis at different linear velocities. The maximum capacity (Q max) found be in range 60–70 mg IgG per mL gel, unaffected temperature. adsorption rate (k a) split‐peak approach 46 404 L mol−1 sec−1 depending on velocity. A governing empirical equation relating k velocity (u) deduced a = 44.4(u) + 9.3. kinetic parameters chromatographic system indicated good but low co...
