摘要: Immunofluorescent and light microscopic studies were performed on 21 small endolymphatic sac specimens biopsied during drainage surgery. The biopsies taken from the extraosseous portions of lateral side sac. Of specimens, only 5 displayed prominent histologic signs, including 1 with brown pigmentation 4 positive immunofluorescent reactions to either igG, IgA, or IgM. No such signs seen in any other 16 although severe fibrous tissue change was found. One showing a triple-layered ring structure which outer layer IgM positive, middle IgG inner IgA (case 1).
