摘要: Most stereolithography (SL) processes employ ultraviolet (UV) or diode pumped solid state lasers to cure the associated photopolymer build a 3D part. A UV laser is more expensive in initial cost and maintenance than semiconductor laser. used laser-diode plotter (SLP) rapid prototyping system specific (DF2000). The DF2000 formulated from based resin, hardening agent, powder. wavelength of SLP 680 nm range red colour light. In this work, curing effect visible spectrums generated by lamp on was investigated, using differential scanning photo calorimetry (DSPC). DSPC result indicates that degree blue light better when also seems showing shorter wavelength, photopolymer.
