摘要: Chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGvHD) is an immune mediated late complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT). Discovery adequate biomarkers could identify high-risk patients and provide effective pre-emptive intervention or early modification therapeutic strategy, thus reducing prevalence severity the among long-term survivors alloHSCT. Inflammation, endothelial injury, dysfunction are involved in cGvHD development. Altered levels acute phase reactants have shown a strong correlation with activity several disorders routinely used clinical practice. Since elevated von Willebrand factor (VWF) VIII (FVIII) been described as that may indicate inflammation different settings, including chronic autoimmune diseases, they serve potential candidate cGvHD.
