摘要: A considerable problem associated with the manufacture of topically applied pharmaceutical products is establishment reliable techniques for their characterization. efficacy a topical therapy depends on patient spreading ding formulation in an even layer to administer standard dose. Spreadability therefore important characteristic these formulations and responsible correct dosage transfer target site, ease application substrate, extrudability from package, most important, consumer preference. This article discusses various aspects spreading, including factors affecting it, available its assessment, additives interactions that can alter spreadability final formulation.
