摘要: In this study, the photosynthetic hydrogen production rates by some strains of green microalgae were investigated. Three Chlorella isolated from and soil foggaras's water in Algerian Sahara used. sorokiniana strain Ce, salina Mt sp Pt6 produced gas under sulphur-deprived conditions, but its rate was dependent on type oxygen partial pressure medium. C. maximum value accumulated 147 ml at 222 h 2% O-2 pressure. Compared to less amount hydrogen, they able sustain with an up 11-15.4%. Our data compared Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. communication, relationship between physiological behaviour, biochemical characteristic (starch protein) (O-2 H-2) also specified.
