摘要: We analyzed the genetic alterations of cyclin D1 and INT-2 genes in hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs) from 45 patients. Among these, expression mRNA was also 18 them by Northern blotting. The gene amplified 3–16 fold five HCCs (11%); among 2–10 four HCCs. with amplifications, 6–10 overexpressions were detected all them. Because patients at an advanced stage HCC rapid tumor growth, it appeared to be associated aggressive behavior tumors. Studies on loss heterozygosity chromosome 13q, where retinoblastoma ( RB ) is located, indicated that retained 13q. These results suggest amplification overexpression result growth a subset HCC, even though function retained.
