摘要: Groups of rats were exposed simultaneously to manganese chloride (3 mg Mn2+/ml water) through drinking water and lead acetate intraperitoneally at dosages 5.0, 8.0 12.0 Pb2+/kg daily for a period 14 days. The magnitude changes in the behavioral pattern, contents biogenic amines accumulation brain two metals was significantly greater than observed after exposure either alone. A definite dose-response relationship was, however, noticed only with motoractivity, norepinephrine, 5-hydroxytryptamine levels lead. lowering norepinephrine combined treatment found be related decrease motoractivity rats. exact role depression dopamine inducing marked impairment learning ability increased aggressive behavior could not ascertained. overall analysis data indicated that simultaneous lead, particularly highest dose latter, may produce serious derangements pattern
