摘要: Abstract The nanosized YAG particles doped with Eu3+ as the luminescent probe, were prepared by modified Pechini method. series of samples various concentrations in range 0.1% up to 4% and different average grain size from 31 75 nm obtained. YAG:Eu3+ nanoceramics fabricated low temperature high pressure sintering technique (LTHP). Comprehensive studied microsized grains ceramic a reference performed. photoluminescence cathodoluminescence properties nanoceramic performed at room temperature. In particular, influence dopant concentration nanocrystals on was analyzed. changes asymmetric ratio associated change local symmetry for nanocrystals, microceramics investigated.
