摘要: A tumor contains cellular and extracellular elements. Although breast tumors themselves are primarily of epithelial origin, these cells do not exist in isolation, but require interaction with their surrounding environment including fibroblasts, fat cells, matrix vascular Traditionally, studies growth have focused on the malignant themselves. There is increasing evidence that there a role for between epithelium stroma development progression cancer. This chapter focuses fibroblast component mammary tumors: signals they produce potential influence itself.
