摘要: Abstract Intracellular recordings were made in the ventrobasal thalamus of rats anaesthetised with urethane. Postsynaptic responses evoked by stimulation peripheral receptive field an air jet 10 ms duration. The postsynaptic response typically consisted excitatory potential (EPSP)/inhibitory (IPSP) sequence one or more action potentials. Injection hyperpolarising current pulses appeared to increase EPSP amplitude, whereas depolarising caused a reduction amplitude. These changes amplitude however obscured presence IPSPs and slow similar low-threshold Ca 2+ spike (LTS).
