摘要: Abstract The cellular requirements for stimulating primed alloreactive T cells have been investigated. In vitro -primed secondary cells, long-term lines, and Ly 1 + 2 − noncytolytic clones which reacted with allo-H-2K, D, or Mls (M locus) antigens were tested. data indicated that a specialized antigen-presenting cell such as macrophage dendritic was required across all the genetic disparities B lymphocytes ineffective stimulators. stimulator requirement clone responses heterogeneous, since both macrophages effective Thus, allostimulator inducing proliferation mediator secretion by T-cell populations closely paralleled unprimed populations. only exception found peritoneal washout population, did not stimulate primary response but responses. failure of to shown be due an inhibitory pathway occur when responding population alloantigen primed.
