摘要: Autophagy is finely regulated at multiple levels and plays crucial roles in development disease. In the fat body of silkworm, Bombyx mori, autophagy occurs Atg gene expression peaks during nonfeeding molting pupation stages when steroid hormone (20-hydroxyecdysone; 20E) high. Injection 20E into feeding larvae upregulated genes reduced TORC1 activity resulting induction body. Conversely, RNAi knockdown receptor partner (USP) or targeted overexpression a dominant negative mutant (EcR (DN) ) larval downregulated genes, confirming importance 20E-induction pupation.
