摘要: During spermatogenesis in mammalian testes, junction restructuring takes place at the Sertoli-Sertoli and Sertoli-germ cell interface, which is coupled with germ development, such as cycle progression, translocation of within seminiferous epithelium. In rat testis, blood-testis barrier (BTB) formed between Sertoli cells near basement membrane disruption apical ectoplasmic specialization (apical ES) fully developed spermatids (spermatozoa) luminal edge epithelium occur concurrently stage VIII epithelial spermatogenesis. These two processes are essential for primary spermatocytes from basal to compartment prepare meiosis, release spermatozoa into lumen spermiation, respectively. Cytokines, TNFalpha TGFbeta3, present high levels microenvironment this cycle. Since these cytokines were shown disrupt BTB integrity adhesion, it was proposed that some released cells, particularly spermatocytes, would induce ES review, intricate role testosterone regulate transit spermiation will be discussed. Possible regulators mediate cytokine-induced restructuring, including gap extracellular matrix, on dynamics testis also
