摘要: 1. Plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) were measured in seven patients with obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) while they awake, during repetitive and treatment nasal continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP). 2. ANP both pulmonary artery peripheral venous samples elevated apnoeic reduced when was prevented by CPAP. Mean values 116.3 +/- 17.9 pg/ml 64.8 15.2 (P less than 0.05) on 3. It is concluded that there increased release OSA CPAP normalizes secretion. These findings may explain previously identified urinary abnormalities OSA.
