摘要: Abstract Fetal heart rate characteristics during the 8 hours prior to delivery have been studied in 200 patients whom fetus had evidence of a metabolic acidosis at delivery, and compared those normal acid-base state delivery. Baseline fetal moderate bradycardia tachycardia, decreased baseline variability, accelerations are not predictors intrapartum hypoxia with acidosis. Marked patterns total decelerations late predictive The probability presence marked pattern is 25%, it 48%, population high-risk pregnancies.
