摘要: Purpose The mitogenic action of PDGF has been shown to associate with reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, but the mechanism leading ROS production and subsequent cell proliferation is not clear. We investigated upstream membrane-bound target proteins involved in PDGF-stimulated signal transduction human lens epithelial (HLE B3), using specific inhibitors transfected cells.
