摘要: In the present investigation dysprosium doped strontium aluminate phosphor was prepared by combustion synthesis method. The crystal structure of consistent with standard monoclinic phase a space group P21. According to TEM analysis, particle size found be in nanometer range. trap parameters which are mainly activation energy (E), frequency factor (s) and order kinetics (b) were evaluated using peak shape Under ultraviolet (365 nm) excitation, photoluminescence (PL) spectra showed characteristic emission bands at 480 (blue), 573 (yellow) 670 nm (red) due 4F9/2 → 6H15/2, 4F9/2 → 6H13/2 4F9/2 → 6H11/2 transitions Dy3+ ions. Combination these three emissions constituted as white light confirmed Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage (CIE) chromatic coordinate diagram possible mechanism emitting SrAl2O4:Dy3+ also investigated. value correlated color temperature (CCT) found, well within defined acceptable range (5965 K). mechanoluminescence (ML) intensity increases linearly increasing impact velocity moving piston. Thus, indicates piezo-electricity responsible produce ML phosphor.
