摘要: Association and dissociation reactions of cytochrome b562 on solid surfaces were investigated by means surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy. Propionates side chains in the heme molecule modified with sulfur moiety as an anchor part to be adsorbed gold substrate. This was firstly reconstituted apo-protein solution. holo-protein then either bare substrate or pre-modified Native also same substrates for control experiment.
