摘要: The chemical components of the essential oils in barks and leaves Eucommia ulmoides Oliver were analyzed compared by chromatograms mass spectra technique, heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP), alternative moving window factor analysis (AMWFA) algorithms normalization method based on peak areas; flavones separated an ODS column gradient elution carried out with flow phase consisting water, methanol phosphoric acid (0.1%), their contents quantitatively determined standard curve diode array detection (DAD) at 362 nm. results show that 68 73 compounds respectively from are identified, there 33 mutual among 108 determined. total these volatile two samples possess 92.9% 97.75% gross relevant oils, respectively; rutin, quercetin kaempferol 0.016 9, 0.003 6, 0.002 1 0.064 4, 0.030 2, 0.010 0 mg/g, respectively, determination recoveries 95.2%-106.2%. comparative shows for Oliver, significant differences flavones.
