摘要: Recent studies have suggested that cell adhesion plays an important role in the development and regulation of inflammation. To elucidate mechanisms molecule expression by cytokines psoriatic lesions, we compared intercellular molecule-1, vascular E-selectin, P-selectin immunohistochemically involved uninvolved skin with these molecules normal skin, measured amounts tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interferon-gamma, interleukin-1alpha, interleukin-1beta supernatant freeze-thawed specimens using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. There was strong staining for on endothelial cells from skin. also molecule-1 keratinocytes, dermal infiltrates, dendritic fibroblasts E-selectin Large factor-alpha were detected six out ten but not or although interferon-gamma both to same extent. Neither interleukin-1alpha nor keratinocytes These findings suggest might play induction lesions.
