摘要: AIM: To investigate whether the height and volume of soft tissues peri-implant bone levels around dental implants are stable, when tissue augmentation has been performed. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Three operators conducted a search on electronic databases (MEDLINE, COCHRANE, EMBASE) hand searching main journals dealing with periodontology implantology until 30 October 2014. Only articles that considered performed in group at least 10 patients follow-up 1year were selected. The outcome variables attached/keratinized width (KTW) changes, marginal level (PSL) (PBL) changes. review was according to PRISMA statements. RESULTS: Ten selected for qualitative synthesis, but only one meta-analysis accomplished, indicating after implant recession coverage procedures, mean gain 1.650.01mm (90% CrI [1.44; 1.85]) observed. CONCLUSIONS: There is no long-term evidence augmented can be maintained over time able influence levels.
