摘要: Sterilization, alkaline-thermal, and acid-thermal treatments were applied to different suspended sludge solids (SSS) concentrations the pre-treated was used as raw material for bioflocculant-producing bacteria R3 produce bioflocculant. After 60 h of fermentation, three forms bioflocculant (broth, capsular, slime) extracted, maximum broth 2.9 4.1 g L(-1) produced in sterilized alkaline-thermal treated compared that 1.8 sludge. Higher quantity SS 15, 25, 35 45, 55, 65 L(-1). Bioflocculant combined with 0.5 Ca(2+) 1.0 L kaolin suspension acted conditioning agent, flocculating activity 94.5% 92.8% achieved using slime bioflocculant, respectively. The results demonstrated wastewater could be sources prepare bioflocculants.
