摘要: This work presents a comprehensive study of the fabrication and optimization electrodeposited p- n-type thermoelectric fi lms. The lms are deposited on Au stainless steel substrates over wide range deposition potentials. infl uence preparative parameters such as composition electrolyte bath potential investigated. Furthermore, p-doped (Bi x Sb 1−x ) 2 Te 3 n-doped Bi (Te Se annealed for period about 1 h under helium tellurium atmosphere at 250 ° C 60h. Annealing in He already leads to signifi cant improvements performance. due equilibrium conditions during process, annealing strongly improved lm composition, charge carrier density mobility. Seebeck coeffi cients increase values up + 182 μ V K − and‐130 materials room temperature. power factors also exhibit with 1320 W m 820 lms, respectively. Additionally, in-situ XRD measurements performed 600K show stepwise crystal structure leading parameters. thermal conductivity is between 1.2 1.0 .
