摘要: We observe a strong negative magnetoresistance at nonquantizing magnetic fields in high-mobility two-dimensional electron gas. This consists of narrow peak around zero field and huge larger fields. The shows parabolic dependence is attributed to the interplay smooth disorder rare scatterers. identify scatterers as macroscopic defects material determine their density from curvature.
